Total Protection was contacted by Cosmur Construction in view to carry out a detailed survey and put forward a specification to resolve the following problems:
- Porous bricks saturated in water
- Water ingress coming through to the building
- No DPM in the building
The client's requirement to utilise the basement for office use therefore the structure had to be completely waterproof and damp proof.
Total Protection provided a bespoke detailed specification and offered a 10yr Insurance back warranty.
The contract was awarded to Total Protection and successfully executed. Due to our vast experience and technical ability using our highly skilled and motivated workforce this enabled the client to use the basement as an office area.
The contract was completed on time without any delay or disruptions to other trades or to the client.
