Michael Morley (Managing Director) - Since Michael took control of Total Protection in 2004, the company has moved from strength to strength. With over two decades experience in high level strategic roles, Michael has a unique vision for the company that is firmly grounded in maintaining 100% client satisfaction. His forward thinking and innovative nature is the backbone and lifeblood of Total Protection now and moving towards the future.

Nick DiCienzo (Technical Director) – Nick’s experience in the industry and knowledge of specialist materiality is unrivalled. His ability to think laterally with specialist applications and to deal with each project on its individual issues and opportunities enables Nick to tailor the most suitable solution to every situation. Nick has dealt with all major specialist coating manufacturers and suppliers for nearly thirty years and is constantly working in conjunction with them to improve product ranges.

Mick McArdle (Landscape Director) - Mick came to Total Protection from a landscape design, specification and management background. Trained as a Landscape Architect he has been instrumental in the creation of some of the UK’s major landscape projects constructed in recent years. Mick is leading Total Protection into new and exciting fields of expertise and is developing an already strong basis of knowledge into a highly dynamic and adaptive set of landscape development skills.

Peter Hickles (General Manager) - Peter is one of the longest serving members of the company having been involved in the operation of the business in one aspect or another for over eight years. Peter’s unique insight into the intricacies of installation, programming and technical aspects of Total Protection’s core material portfolio allows him to speak with authority when scheduling works and providing information to our clients. Peter now heads up planning and managing all operations and is the primary contact during a project’s works phase.

Guy Bollen - (Paint Division Director) - Guys experience in decorating expands back 26 years. During this time he has been involved in all aspects of the trade including specialist coatings, new housing, refurbishment, social housing and high class fit outs. Guys commercial knowledge enables him to provide clients with the service they require whilst also keeping to a budget and programme. He is very keen to take Total Protection to the next level in decorating and knows that with their commitment to client satisfaction he can develop this area of the business into a leading player within the industry.
